    Before you opt for surgery.......read this!

    Amazingly simple exercises and posture adjustments. An easy read and almost instant results if you follow the instructions. Photos clearly show how to posture, how to perform the exercises and even how to properly sleep in order to avoid a painful neck. I've been to physical therapy 3 times over the past few years for a pretty severe neck problem, off and on to a chiropractor and was scheduled for surgery but because of an incident with anesthesia in the past the surgeon was reluctant to put me under for neck surgery. I had gotten a set of these book for my parents a few years ago and recently while visiting the folks started reading the "Treat Your Own Neck" issue. The exercises were so simple yet highly effective. I would recommend getting this book along with "Treat Your Own Back" ...

    I'm very pleased with my purchase of this book. Although my neck pain is not severe, I suffer from migraines, cervicogenic, and tension headaches regularly. I learned about what a cervicogenic headache was from a doctor I started seeing this year and went to frequent visits for physical therapy. The exercises I learned are all in this book! I spent a lot of time and money going to these visits and realized it was making me more stressed to have and not necessarily be seeing results as quickly as I wanted. Now that I have been at a standstill for a while, I came across the book and decided I would follow just the book and see how I do. It offers a lot of helpful advice and the photos make the exercises clear to follow. Over time, I should continue to see good results with less neck pain and ...
