    joy of cooking cookie cookbook

    it has all the cookie recipes my czech mother brought here from bohemia, and many more to boot! all my favorite christmas cookie recipes are here. if anyone reading this review likes to bake cookies this is the book for you. i usually make most foods from scratch, as my mother did. but these recipes are wonderful. joy of cooking cookbooks have been used for many decades, both for its wonderful recipes but as a great reference guide for cooks as well.

    Good book but...

    Great cookbook. Mildly disappointed that it came without the book jacket as pictured in sale ad. It’s just a plain white cover. Since it’s a Christmas gift, I would’ve paid more for one with a nicer cover
