    Great Book!

    Wonderful, insightful, and motivating. If you are looking for a means to reset your body and get back your life-- this book is for you. I must disclose that I did not purchase any of his supplements or shakes but rather prepared clean smoothies/shakes, meals, and soups. If you can't afford the high price for the Clean Program this is a more affordable way to complete the 21 day cleanse.
