The description indicated that the package was open, which was accurate. However, it did appear to be unused so that the product may still be considered New. The age of the inventory caused the need to replace the foam earpads and the older technology required an adapter to be able to plug it into the phone or computer. The seller was kind enough to refund the cost of the two products purchased to be able to use the headset as intended. Thumbs up for the seller s excellent customer service!
