    Part 1 of a roller coaster ride of a trilogy - GREAT!

    Black begins The Circle Trilogy by Ted Dekker. Man what a mind this guy has. I wasn't sure what to expect when I began this book; it was the first book by Ted Dekker that I had read. I am now a true Ted Dekker fan and have started reading the rest of his books. This book begins the story of a man that wakes in another world when he sleeps in this world. A virus is about to ravage mankind here, while in the other world, evil is being released on the people of another time. The story is much a metaphor for the birth of evil in the garden of eden; but do not be afraid to read this if you are not a christian. It is a wonderful story by a christian author, but it does not push the christian message; more so, it just maintains a clean (no cursing, etc.) layout that can be enjoyed by anyone. The ...

DEKKER HAS A WAY OF NOT JUST GRABBING YOU BUT SUCKING YOU INTO HIS WORLD AND HOLDING YOU THERE. HIS DESCRIPTIONS ARE SO REAL... YOUR SURE TO FIND YOURSELF WRAPPED IN THIS SERIES AND POSSIBLY LOSE SLEEP FROM NOT BEING ABLE TO PUT IT DOWN. I WAS LONGING TO BE A PART OF THIS FASCINATING PLOT!     The Circle Series (Black, Red, White) is an amazing series by Ted Dekker. It's full of action, adventure, romance, and suspense! I definitely recommend it!     Worth reading

    The book is a good read. The book was interesting and kept me on the edge of my seat. Can't wait to read the rest of the series. The details allowed me to feel like I was the character.
