I tested this with an SSA 3021X Plus & measured the noise spectrum in milli-volts. This produced an average rms value of just under 1mV versus the 23mV of a cheap universal charger & the 12mV of 4 named brand 19v chargers. The only fly in ointment being that the wrong item had originally been sent + the extra 15 days you took before actually shipping the correct PSU module you'd promised to resend me. However, I will be buying 2 more.
