One of the best King Stories
There was a time when I could not wait for one of Stephen King's books to come out. That was the late 80's and early 90's. This was, in my opinion, one of his best offerings. It ties in with another story that he had to publish,(I won't spoil it if your new to the genre), and the story is indeed a page turner. It was about 1993 or 94 when I first read it and over the years I had wondered just why they hadn't made a film about this particular story, well it looks as though my wish may be coming true. The film stars Carla Gugino and Bruce Greenwood. Steven King knows how to paint a word picture as no one else can. Excellent story that sucks you into the reality (or not?) of a mind imprisoned not only physically but by the things of her past. Great story.
