Actually, its only after receiving the tracking for the order did this "customer" request to return the money, meaning a refund after the book shipped?! This seller DOES NOT give books away for free and this was explained to you in great detail. "Seller made the shipping?" Sellers do not make the shipping, nor have any control of packages once they are shipped, however sellers DO have control of who they sell to in the future, or not. Congratulations!
