This seller is not very helpful. Package services all stink nowadays, but poor seller communication makes things worse! I reported a misdelivery. This seller further delayed any potential resolution by not taking my report at face value. The photo shows package on someone else’s porch. The seller used a low quality service that doesn’t even allow me to report the misdelivery! Then they wanted to argue with me instead of filing a claim. And they are slow to respond. Very unsatisfied
