    This is a more in depth book of the Delay, Don't Deny. Gin Stephens has done so much research and her books lead you to the full studies if you want to "see for yourself," and her explanations of all the science behind those studies and results. She explains the "Why?" of why this diet works for your friend and why it doesn't for you. She also explains why we have gotten fat/obese and there is NOT a magic pill to make it all go away and be slim forever. She explains why it is so important to keep your insulin levels lower for at least 12 hours to be able to correct your body's signals of when to eat and when it is satisfied.
