Yes, the item arrived at the end of the delivery window. However, for $9.00 on a very light, small, package, and to not have the item shipped for 10 days, seems like quite a long time. 3 things were lacking: the address from where the item was shipped, a description of the item (I had only the picture, which did not show that there was a metallic weaving throughout- I do not like this) and "One Size" fits all is not accurate. I am a medium and the back is so narrow that the armpits are tight :(

We immediately shipped the order after receiving it. We had no control over the package once it was shipped. We did include our business address on the label, which is a mandatory request from EBay.
