    a few helpful suggestions

    My grandson is now a "terrible two". I'm sure that's enough of an explanation why I tried the book. He's a wonderful, typical toddler who occasionally has a meltdown. As long as you understand there is no magical book that will solve all your problems - this book is helpful. I bought this book hoping for one or two practical solutions and I did find some. I also liked that this was a hard cover book which means it would not be destroyed while using it.

    Good book and excellent starter for emotional regulation

    My daughter has grown to really like this book and when she's in a good or bad mood will ask me to read this multiple times to her. It is a nice start to going into methods on handling our emotions.
