WAY SMALL when ordering!!! I am a 34. ordered 34-36. Got them up to my hips, no mas haha. re ordered 38-40 They are about a loose 35's so with the side velco tabs, I can cinch them tight to 34. Order them WAY big I am 6' 190lb 34 waist.Second shipment after a $20 return fee. Super quality and protection plates at hips n knees, great material, stiching n pockets for the $. The Jackets are the same way. I am L-xl 1x could not zipper. Re ordered 3xl. Just sayin....

They definitely run small in the waist and long in the inseam I normally wear a 36 waist 30 inseam I was going to order them again I'd order a 38 waist and a 29 or 28 inseam. Note to you in order so you can pee on trail you're going to have to take them down their zipper isn't really a zipper it's just a way to relax a fit a little bit
