Scammers. Show package ships from St. Louis MO, however, actually comes from Taiwan, where seller is based. Never received package after 22 days. USPS has closed the research case on it after 21 days. I opened complaint with ebay, they told me to wait until today before they would "step in", now they say I have to wait another 10 days, so they can investigate?!

Dispatched in 3days. TRK updates delayed by New Year's. Smooth til 1/9, we contacted post office for “in transit” confirmation, recommended buyer visit local USPS near by his place as he mention and buyer refused. We actively follow procedures(claim a case and missing pkg, take 15days for approval). Maintained respectful communication and reassured buyer of refund commitment in each msg. Striving for quality service and products, but exceptional conditions like missing pkg are beyond our control
