Instructions very clear and process worked as supposed to (but be careful). Very much recommend.Tips:1. 120 min. upload time2. Two of the DVDs I burned had read errors in the middle of uploading. Unused DVDs decay, so buy new. Maybe burn 2 copies of each DVD. use back-up if is a problem. 3. Need special disc burning software. Used free CDburnerXP ( “portable” version)4. If get error message choose “continue” then it will continue upload where left off.5. FYI, Cant use USB install

The purchase conditions are clearly stated in advance in the product description column as shown below. "Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept cancellations after purchase. Please check the map version of your vehicle before purchasing."The purchaser unilaterally requested a refund after one week. We informed them that since the product is digital data, we cannot accept refunds. Please, the eBay office, please make the buyer withdraw the bad feedback immediately.
