The seats are great, however, if you don’t look carefully in the box, you’ll miss the small piece of paper that tells you the original screws won’t fit and the seller isn’t responsible for damage to the threads if you use the original screws. After paying for the seats, how hard would it be for the seller to include 4 correctly sized screws to eliminate the chance of damage?

It all lies on USPS. They kept shipping it from warehouse to warehouse and some in the same state and then they would hold it for a couple of days and ship it some where else.
