    The lens works, even if it has cosmetic defects.

    Like other Sigma 10-20 f4-5,6 lenses, this sample has an amazing sharpness on f5,6. Yes, it was sold as spare parts and it has traces of use (a slightly broken thread for the lens hood), but it works. And the description is correct. Let him have cosmetic defects. The lens works, performs its tasks.

    Fantastically Wide and Great Value for Money. Highly recommended.

    A fantastic UWA lens for Nikon DX format cameras. 10mm really is Ultra Wide, and it's hard to believe just how wide until you try one out. It really exaggerates perspective which makes a very capable landscaping and interior lens, with super deep DOF even at f4 at 10mm. The picture quality is good, but loses a little sharpness at the edges when wide open, and due to nature of UWA's there is a little vignetting - not anything to write home about though - When using a square filter system, it is required to zoom in to 12mm to avoid having the filter holder in the frame! Does look quite large on smaller cameras such as the d3000, however looks perfectly proportioned on my d7000. My second sigma lens and so far I have been happy with the quality, not as good as Nikon equivalents, yet still ...

    Sigma 10-20mm F4/5.6 EX DC lens

    I bought this lens to fit my Nikon D80 camera as my favourite photographic subject is landscape. The thing i like most about this lens is how much it takes in at 10mm. However, this takes a bit of getting used to as I have an 18-135 telephoto lens which I have used for the past three years. I find that I have to be really close up to the subject otherwise it will be too far back in the picture. Having said that it is a very sharp lens and not too heavy too carry around. Yes I would buy this lens again

    Great lens for professional, leisure and creative use

    Great lens, I carry it with me all the time now. Great multi purpose uses for interior and landscape shots, and all those situations when you find you are in a tight corner. I'm not an expert but its producing some wonderful and interesting creative shots too, great fun to use, and a realistic price.

    Wonderful wide angle

    This lens produces very dramatic shots at the 10mm end and works well for landscapes at the 20mm end too. The resulting images are sharpest around the mid aperture range but still acceptable wide open. I was looking at the Nikon wide angle lens too but the price difference makes this lens a bargain because it is achieving the results I desire.
