Controller arrived intact and in excellent condition, can tell it wasnt used much before being sold. However it is very apparent it is from a smokers household, as when i opened the box and ripped off the bubble wrap, i was hit in the face with the overwhelming stench of cigarettes, and required the controller to by wiped down multiple times with clorox wipes to someone mask the smell. Overall tho, very good and very trustworthy seller
