I needed BEIGE. Seller misidentified color (NOT beige, not 'matte, but shiny gold) when I ASKED BEFORE bidding to confirm if my monitor was to blame. Sllr confirmed was 'matte beige'. Eventually refunded me when I requested return for not as described. Why waste his/her time AND Mine??? I have no idea....annoying. If you don't know the color, ask someone else or acknowledge you don't. Beige and gold are empirically different. No debate..
