      A gamble that didn't pay off.

      I've used these remotes for almost 20 years without problem. I lost one of my sets of keys, with the remote attached. I bought this one to replace it but unfortunately the new one uses a different frequency or something and it was not recognized by my controller. I knew it was a long shot. It is what it is. Don't make the assumption that all of these devices with the same FCC id are the same. They are not.
