The item was what I wanted, but the packaging was non-existent. plastic wrapped around the case of cans. I ordered 2 cases; both were damaged in shipping and one case had 2 ruptured drink cans and the other had 3. I feel bad for the post office. I order these cases frequently from eBayers and I have never experienced this type of poor packaging.

We ship ALL of our packages with insurance! This buyer complains with neutral feedback instead of contacting us and the post office to resolve it. Blames us because of the weight but orders two cases! Additionally, you feel sorry for the post office but the post office changed from a weight-based shipping model to a size-based model and raised shipping prices. We often ship mail cubic. The weights are within acceptable tolerances. Blame us but it was your post office or carrier that caused it...

Asked to return item because it is not as advertised. Seller accuses me of not reading the description and title, because title and description does not advertise this as a puffer jacket. As proof I screenshotted the item's page and it shows puffer jacket. Seller then accuses me of changing the narrative and saying it is eBay's fault, not his own. Got defensive because I called him a bum and proceeds to threaten me in real life.

This kid seems like special needs. He wanted a "Packable Puffer jacket". Sounds like he knows what he wants and what he is looking for. Ebay's item specifics lists ALL packable lightweight cell jackets as "Puffer style". NOWHERE in title, description did it say packable style puffer jacket. Tried to explain the obvious to him, he became abusive, we reported him to Ebay. Abused the return policy. Threatened to come to my business. Beware this bully child. We blocked him. Didn't return the jacket
