Item was carefully packaged with tracking info promptly provided, but for whatever reason, USPS didn’t update tracking between shipment and delivery. Seller communications were great, and we were already having to discuss a possible refund if the item had been lost, but it showed up, in great condition, as described and consistent with the photos in the listing.
