Officially listed as Like New which I would probably agree with, but having MINT in the listing title was a little misleading as the wrap was off and the front of the cd had a few easily removable marks. Not a problem though since I wasn’t looking for Mint condition. Overall good purchase!

"Mint" is a bit of a stretch since anything opened can't really be mint, but for the price I paid for this hard-to-get disc, it's pretty much exactly what I wanted.     It Does the Bard Proud...

    This version of Verdi's Macbeth with Riccado Muti conducting was originally released in 1976, and has not been readily available except, in secondary markets. It has an excellent cast, and holds its own, with the Claudio Abbado recording of Macbeth, also released in 1976. I finally had the opportunity to listen to it and found it a thrilling recording. Here's hoping it will be re-released in the near future to regular markets.
