    Should have spent more money on a better item - hot plate - use the microwave, switches off after a short time so, use the microwave. No leaks when dripping into the jug but a wet work surface every time you fill it up - condensation inside the lid which is difficult to open, have the squash the sides to release the lid. I don't recommend this item.

    Fantastic machine, it rocks

    It's easy to use, easy to clean, has an auto shut off after 45 minutes so you don't end accidentally forgetting to switch it off. I like the way it looks, eg it's design. Economically it's cheaper than coffee bags and you can choose how many cups you wish to brew, up to 12 cups max.
