Wrote seller about not receiving replacement with no reply. Seller very attentive in the pre-sale but post-sale is not interested in buyers' satisfaction. No refund showing up on ebay, paypal or my CC. Checked his feedback and evidently this is just basic operating procedure for this seller. He won't refund but he will lie about it. STAY AWAY!
