The used phone looks brand new. not a scratch on it. The only sign of use is the faint ghosting on the screen which shows a slight ghost image of the previous owners icons. this is only appearant on white backgrounds and is not too distracting. overall I'm very happy with this phone and the battery appears to be decent. shipping was lightning fast. ordered Monday received Weds before noon.
