XL long (nr 14) was a little snug across the back of the shoulder for me. These run about an exact fit as a liner. I gave it to my son and will most likely order an XXL. I'm 6'0' at 240lbs. So order the size you wear. Great liner though. Very warm at 10°F under a Gortex shell. Shipping was medium but had a long way to go so not bad. Great vendor. Liner was new.
