Item was made with the wrong name. “BROWN” was thread color as specified in message. Seller requests thread color and webbing color be specified and I did as requested. I included specific notes during the sale and in messages to the seller. Item arrived incorrect, and all contact with seller was unanswered. I was hoping to give an opportunity for the seller to correct this item, but they have chose to ignore me. I will not be using this seller in the future.

LAW ENFORCEMENT / MILITARY BUYER BEWARE! this seller has little to no experience with Mil spec or LEO standards. I ordered a custom name tape as described in item description and picture, (5 in tape , OD green with black thread (SWAT) what I received was a name tape on the wrong color material and extremely small letters the embroidery was not proportioned correctly to the size of the name tape itself. I contacted the seller and received basically an excuse that it was my fault and a coupon
