    Recommend for getting back into shape

    I started working out to this video a long time ago. I have gotten out of my groove recently, and I thought I would give this a whirl again. Both workouts on this video are very good starter workouts to get back into shape. I just wish I could get it on DVD. Luckily I still have a VCR that works! lol

    Well rounded workout, like the music as well.

    Good whole body workout

    Its true that there is not much aerobic activity, there is some. This is a whole body work out. It includes three different ones that can work together on different days. The first seems to be more toning apx. 45 min., the second strength apx. 40 min., the third is a mini work out, just 10 minutes for when you are in a rush. You will be sore, but in the right places. Might be difficult for someone with knee problems.

    Fantastic Workout!

    I actually already owned the first DVD in this set and love it. Cindy Crawford and the personal trainers in the videos show you exactly how to do the exercises and give you reminders as you're working out to keep correct form. Crawford is very positive, fun and energized and you really feel the workouts the next day. I can see the improvement in my body since I began doing home workout videos (I do mostly old vhs tapes, but some new stuff; i.e. Bollywood dance workout) I definitely recommend this set.
