Purchased set of 4 wheels. Accidentally gave the wrong shipping address. Contacted eBay seller through the phone before it was shipped. Asked that the address be changed and seller said there was nothing they could do for me. Even though it hadn't shipped. So I had to go recover my packages. Then one of the wheels came damaged and I reached out to work something out. Being its not practical to ship all 4 wheels back. No response to my messages at all through ebay app. Absolutely no communication
