I contacted the seller because I wanted more leather lacing for the handbag I purchased, they responded quickly and sent me more free of charge. Who does that anymore? Bag was nice butctoo small. Item was shipped from Tulsa, OK. When I asked to return the item I was told that it must be shipped at my expense to the seller in INDIA. Item description said nothing about the seller's location - only that return shipping & customs were at buyer's expense which could have been directed by a U.S. seller to buyers overseas. Would not have bought knowing this. Involved eBay Help & was offered a 50% refund... better than spending close to $200 to return a $45 bag.
