Seller never responded to any communication at all. Item shipped 2 weeks after payment, got returned to the sender (USPS's fault, I believe). I opened a ticket because I still hadn't heard from the seller, even after I submitted my concerns re: the shipment. Item was securely packaged and arrived undamaged.

Update: The item doesn't even seem to work. I opened it up and there were clear signs of a leaked batter and corrosion. Probably my biggest eBay disappointment since I joined ~20 years ago.
