The item eventually arrived after more than 2 weeks from the date of purchase. But had to send two messages reminding the seller to send the item. Then only one spool got delivered as the other was the wrong size. I was offered a refund which I received. Item is otherwise as described. Overall it is a very disappointing service and it is certainly the last time I am purchasing anything from this seller.
