It came with easy to follow instructions that had me out finding my buried valves in no time. I will be able to save the lawn due to the stuck valve that required the entire system to be shut off. Their location is known and are known to be good as Zones 7&8 work ok. Valve #8 clearly heard chattering, valve #7 is silent. Is it a different type of valve? Of 13 zones, I previously located 10 of them with a tracker, but found the 11th with the chatter box. Of the two remaining valves one does not work, but trying to locate. Hope it isn't the silent type like valve #7.

The Chat-R-Box sent an intermittent signal to our control box that made the deviice with a magnet in it open and close continuously which caused a loud clicking noise. We finally found our missing control box right beside two other control boxes but buried under some mulch and a shrub. I would highly recommend this economical solution.

Arrived quickly, hooked it up with ease, located zone box buried under pinestraw and bushes, only to discover it contained 4 of 5 valves. The final valve was harder to find as it was further away and buried under layers of grass.
