A+++ seller. Item exactly as described, condition and specs matched the listing, no surprises. Fast replies to every question, updates without needing to ask. Shipped quickly, arrived ahead of the estimate. Packed carefully: cushioned, sealed tight, nothing loose or scuffed. Smooth transaction start to finish. Would gladly buy from again, and recommend to others.

Excellent product and seller! Customer service was great; I had a few questions and received quick, helpful answers. Shipping was a little more expensive, but totally worth it. The switch arrived much earlier than expected and in great condition, with no damaged ports and the fan working perfectly. It arrived exactly as described. Highly recommended!

Excellent seller! The Cisco switch arrived extremely well packaged and carefully protected. The fans and power supply were removed and individually wrapped to prevent damage during shipping. The switch was reset, tested, and even included a helpful instruction sticker with everything needed to get started. After testing it myself, everything works perfectly! Clearly a seller who takes pride in their products and customer experience. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. **Highly recommended!

Reliable as long as you manually reboot it every week

We have a number of these installed and we have found them to be quite good. One recommendation to everyone who purchases this (or most network gear) is to put a simple digital 7 day timer on the power cord and set it to power off/on at least once a week. We have found that by doing this simpla task the router will go basically forever with the exception of firmware updates. Overall a good unit

    Excellent kit for CCNA learning

Had a unique circumstance where I needed to learn Cisco IOS on routers and switches, on the actual hardware, and then I could concentrate on the CCNA curriculum. This kit was perfect for that. All hardware was operational and worked as described. Packaging was solid and shipping rates were great for the overall heavy weight. The rack was easy to assemble. I'm glad I went with the layer 3 switch option because it was necessary for my task. Everything was updated to the latest IOS that it would go on the units. If I had any gripe on this kit, it would be that it didn't come with any power cords for any device. I expected that with the phone unit, but didn't know I would need the for all of the routers and switches too. Fortunately I had tons of extra standard PC power cables available and ...

OTHERWISE A GOOD PRODUCT AND HES WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG. GOOD PLACE TO BUY JUST KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED>

    Definitely not plug n play

Unless you are deep in IT you won't have easy time setting it up. After few hours of coding it works great! It's a.great product for advanced users especially now since Cisco offers no support, no firmware, you're on your own.
