He did his part, USPS, as usual, did not - and no surprise there at all. I won't be buying from eBay indefinitely because buyers get short shrift here. It kept calling my name! When I found it again on APOGEE-PERIGEE page, I knew it was meant for me! I couldn't be happier! Perfect Condition and as described! Would definitely buy again from this Seller! 5 Stars!
