I did not rate shipping because I don't think it's fair for sellers to take a negative hit because USPS sucks now. I think the rating should be on when the order was placed and the time it took the seller to get it to the post office.

On arrival, one of the units was obviously defective from manufacture while the other was fine. Contacted seller, included photos, and described the issue. Shipping envelope was perfectly intact with no damage. Seller claims it was not like that when he shipped, but photo shows what I received. Seller basically was rude, insinuating I was a liar, and refused to ship another replacement.
