I'm sorry you feel this way. The facts are the TruDesign range of ball valves are the best quality in the industry and are approved and compliant with international standards. Yes, they may be a little harder to operate initially compared to a poorer quality product that you may have used in the past, though this is to ensure a tight seal with their Teflon impregnated ball running on Teflon rings. So this is more so an operator issue, as thousands of these are sold globally yearly.
