No caveats or disclaimers mentioned in-ad, and seller says I should have "automatically assumed" that they would've been bad (?). I asked if he could extend the courtesy of offering me basic refill cartridges (likely <$5 incl. shipping), but he politely declined. A head's up or disclaimer in the ad would've been insightful. I explained to the buyer that ballpoint pen cartridges typically dry up after 45 - 50 years of sitting, so you can never assume their ink is still usable. I responded to the buyer and told him I didn't have any other refills to send him as well. I even gave him a deal on purchasing both pens. This feedback was not definitely warranted for this purchase.
