It was so disappointing to unbox the item and see the one i received is way more worn out than the one in the photo, and hence i was mislead by the photos. Even the pen is not the same. The photo shows one with a red ring on the tip end. The one I received is all black, and the rubber grip is loose. And the item wasn't even clean (had food crumbs on it). If I had the photos of the actual item i received i would not have bought it.

Due to the way they were packaged, the speakers also were slightly damaged (a dinged up corner) in transit. Overall, the seller graciously offered a partial refund and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. Despite these things, I would still feel comfortable buying from them again and would recommend you do the same!
