Shipping was great and fast. A bit disappointed though. Bag was marked as used, but it was also noted as very clean with no marks or blemishes. When I got the bag I found a big dark pen mark right on the front, then found 2 more. I tried to clean them off, but couldn t. I requested a refund, told her why and I was given an option. She offered a discount instead, but I took the refund. That went very smoothly, she understood and made it right for me. She came through for me, a good seller.
