I wasn't sure what the ultimate vacuum this pump could pull becase the description claims .3 pascal which is approximately 2 microns of mercury. There's no way this inexpensive of pump can do that... Discussions of the pump on Jeff Bezos's site referenced 100 microns which is too high of pressure for a good two stage pump. After appropriately tightening fittings, the pump was able to achieve 20 microns or about 0.0003 PSIA.

Perfect
This is perfect. I’m using a Surge Belly Milker to milk a Holstein cow. My old vacuum pump wasn’t pulling enough vacuum and this one does it with ease. Press down on the lid and I have the pulsator running in just a few seconds. Pulls so much vacuum I need the vacuum regulator almost all the way out. I see no reason this won’t run two milkers when I’m ready. It smoked a lot the first time we used it, but after that there’s hardly any oil coming out. I will still vent it to outside. Comes with two bottles of oil. One to fill, and the other one to add as needed. This is perfect. I’m using a Surge Belly Milker to milk a Holstein cow. Great for the price
Very good for the price was shocked at how well it works. Pulls a vacuum very fast. Only draw back is that the case does get hot very quickly. Other than that it is a champ and I am glad we got it.
