Seller has the item as unlocked and it's not. I've contacted them before I left this review to see if maybe they would find a solution but they have been defensive rather than trying to find an amicable solution. Anytime I buy a phone that has this description it never gives me issue with unlocking; all devices that I purchase I sent to Belize and works but BUT THIS ONE! Now it will cost me $50 extra to have someone bypass the unlock and get the phone working.
