Buyer beware... The item was shipped and arrived with amazing speed and it had been packaged to prevent shipping damage. However, inside the Canon box was five USED (empty) ink tanks instead of four NEW ink tanks. I contacted the seller and they refunded my money right away. The seller claimed that the box "seemed unopened" and they "assumed it was new." The tape sealing the box had been cut and it was easy to look inside. I wont buy from this seller again, but others may have better luck.
