This seller is wonderful! The package was lost in the mail by USPS for nearly 2 weeks (no fault of the seller), but Ruthann was so helpful & kept in touch with me almost daily to check in & give updates about her communication with the postal service. She even offered to refund my money immediately even though she would not get her $ for the usps claim for 3-6 months. Thankfully, I did receive the doll (finally), & when I did she was in pristine condition thanks to Ruthann’s wonderful packing!

Accidentally hit enter & didn’t get to finish leaving FB! Pkg was lost in mail. She patiently gave me time to try sorting things w/USPS, never being rude she kept me updated on her end. I offered to go ahead & give her a refund & if pkgshowed up she could pay again &/or send doll back. She could’ve done that & kept money & doll but with integrity she offered to just wait a bit longer. Just when deadline came that allowed us to file insurance claim, the doll arrived. HONEST A++++++ BUYER
