I had the best customer service experience working with the team at Discount Computer Depot. FedEx destroyed my original package minutes from my door then refused to give me any information other than they were returning to sender. I sent a message on eBay to the team asking if they had any information. They were in the same boat, but kept me informed the whole way. Offered to refund or replace. Replacement is FANTASTIC! Thank you again for great service.

The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
