    Wasn't expecting much - didn't get much. Typical refurb mill: Dumpster grade laptop salvaged from the landfill. Screen has a nasty 16×16 dead pixel block. Keyboard is marginal - a couple of bad/broken keys. Battery life is less than 50% of new. Missing some cabinet screws. AC charger power cord is a cheap aftermarket wannabe.

    No communication at all about the issue or would have tried to make it right but you bought a 15 years old used laptop . the issue you are complaining are all expected for used laptop.
