I like the product very much. The seller using a third party, who did not ship in a timely manner, was not a good business practice. The seller should have double checked their orders without needing to be prompted to. The seller should have also replied to my queries in a more timely manner. The seller did finally respond and admitted their error and made sure the item was quickly shipped. In other words, a great product but poor process and handling.
