  • The best James Bond related book - a must for Bond Fan!

This is definitely the best James Bond related book, even at the time of this writing - Jan 7th, 2008. The book deal with the man himself - Ian Fleming, the events of the time which lead him to the writing of James Bond, the writing and publishing processes, James Bond character, all the novels and movies are analysed and presented with feedback from the author. Filled with rare pictures. Definitely a must for Fleming or Bond collector. A good good read. I have it on my bedside and read and reread it all the time. 2008 celebrate Fleming 100th Birthday - celebrate this year by reading all about him in this book.

  • easy and entertaining read, especially for fan's of everybody's favorite spy

A lot of interesting details on 007 that I had forgotten long ago, having read all of Fleming's novels as well as a few Gardner and Benson books featuting the indestructible JB.
