The address I gave the seller was not printed on the label which meant I had to go to the post office where the package was being held. I had no idea where the package was for days. The post office was ready to return the package to the sender and that would have been awful because it was a special surprise birthday present for my daughter. The price was too high for a damaged cookie jar. Some damage on the sides was not mentioned in the advertisement.

The address printed on the shipping label was what the buyer listed on Ebay. I did not change the shipping address. I am not at fault for the post office not being able to deliver on time. Also my ad clearly listed there was crazing and chips on the side. I do not agree with the buyer's assessment.
